uscat Ottonel has an intense, attractive yellow colour, which developes into golden as the wine grows old. It is the grape’s aroma that gives the wine its special Muscat flavour. It’s representative for flavoured wines, has a distinct aroma, and is honest when containing residual sugar. Processed through directive fermenting, the wine takes all the very best from the grape and conveys to the consumer a lot of strength, sometimes outlined by a pleasant bitter aftertaste. Rich, balanced, with a pleasant roundness and softness, the wine has everything he needs and that special something that makes it different from other white wines. Distinct, Muscat Ottonel is able to refinedly communicate the connection between the North Dobrujan vineyard and breed. |
