erlot is a dry red wine, which flies the flag for Sarica-Niculiţel Vineyard. It has a purple hue, is astringent and tannic, imposing itself by the softness that only the finest wines have. The delicate scent and flavour are reminiscent of those of forest fruits. As it grows older, Merlot develops an aromatic bouquet and persistent aftertaste.
