auvignon Blanc is a semi-dry wine and has a canary-yellow colour with bright greenish reflections. Has quite an intense flavour, recalling the ones of jasmine or vine flowers. After months in storage, some of the aroma is replaced by a unique bouquet. The taste is fruitful, fresh, enveloped in a pleasant, tempting aroma. When the wine is processed through directive fermenting, it has a more intense colour and becomes more full bodied, buttery and velvety.
