ligote, a dry wine specific to Sarica Niculiţel Vineyard, with its vigorous acidity and constant quality, is harmonious and balanced. Climatic and soil conditions in Măcin area gives the wine an earth taste, a certain personality and sobriety.

You can pair it with oily fish, catfish or Danube shad.
Recommended serving temperature: 8-12° C.
